Early access means you'll be among the first to use the finished tool. Here's what it looks like:
Map, list and filters
Browse on map or in list view. Filter by square meters, employees, meeting rooms, parking, charging, canteen, fiber and move-in date — what actually matters.
Draw your own zone
Don't circle a point — draw the commuter corridors and neighborhoods you're actually considering.
Match score on everything
Each property is scored against the search: location, sqm, meeting rooms, parking, move-in date. The most relevant comes first.
Save searches, get alerts
Save a search and get notified by email when something matching becomes available.
Visible or hidden — you choose
Each listing can be published openly on the map and in search, or registered hidden in Shadow Market. In Shadow Market, identity is only shared when both parties have confirmed interest.
Verified counterparties
All companies are BRREG-verified. In the future, signing authority will be secured through BankID before anyone can commit the company on the platform.

Shadow Market — for those who need it
Not everyone can advertise openly. If you're downsizing, restructuring, or doing something competitively sensitive, the space can be registered hidden — visible only to the matching engine. Identity is shared only when both parties have confirmed interest. Would you rather be out in the open on the map? That's just as easy. Visibility is a setting per listing, not a position.
An open model — we operate on trust
We charge on the honor system. When you sign an agreement through us, you let us know — and we give you a discount for doing so. It works because we give both landlord and tenant a reason to communicate. The model only applies to agreements made with help from our platform, and the tenant's payout occurs only after the landlord has paid us. Some spaces are free from our side — for non-profit organizations, incubators, and partners building the startup ecosystem in Norway.
Verified counterparties, from first contact
All companies are verified against the Brønnøysund Registers before they can appear on the platform. When we open for actual contract agreements, signing authority is secured through BankID, and contracts are signed digitally with qualified electronic signature (QES) — legally equivalent to handwritten signature throughout the EEA.
